A year-end-review (kinda)

Phew, 2025 was weird. =) It started out with a special trip to El Salvador with my daughter for a dear friend’s wedding. Remember me telling you about the “I know you can do it!” on the dance floor? (I indeed did not ‘do it’ [“it” being dance like a 23 year old], but I had the best time dancing the night away.) It was the best! Here’s a grainy picture of the moment…

Fast forward throughout the next few months, and it felt like the rug was pulled out from me with the new administration’s onslaught against global health. Then I had my face-plant-break-jaw era (which I got a mini facelift, thank you very much, I earned it!). Then…well, here we are. Here are a few things I’m holding onto at the end of 2025.
