Have you all heard of the Christians and the Vaccine project? This is a great resource for persons of Christian faith to talk about the vaccines from trusted leaders - including Dr. Jim Denison (from the Denison Forum), Dr. Francis Collins (leader of NIH and a personal hero of mine), Dr. Jamie Aten (from the Humanitarian Disaster Institute at Wheaton), and others.
They have short and informative videos about the vaccines with these leaders and I was fortunate to speak with Curtis Chang (co-founder of the project) a few weeks ago. The video is now up and we cover the top 6-7 questions I would get about vaccines. We also talk about what faithfulness looks like at this point in the pandemic (starting at around the 12/13 minute mark).
Here’s a link for the video. If you have questions about the vaccines or have friends who do, this video might be helpful to quickly answer the most frequent questions most people have right now.
***For you pastors/church leaders, the Christians and the Vaccine Project also has a fantastic “Pastor’s toolkit” here.
-All the best,

I have another question - do you have any sense of when one or more of the vaccines will get final FDA approval. Our two public college systems - State University and City University of NY, so a LOT of people affected - will require students to get a vaccine once one has been approved by the FDA.
As you know, the traditional student age group has a low vaccination rate. I know a lot of people who work on these campuses. If the employee is vaccinated, how worried should they be about being in a classroom for an extended period with someone who may have asymptomatic COVID?
