Can you speak to the immunity breastfed babies have at 4 months and any measures we can take to protect those too young to be vaccinated?

Some studies found that immunity through antibody-transfer from breastmilk may go away by 3 months but could last as long as 6 months. At 6 months, your child might be able to get the first MMR if you're in an outbreak area.
