I haven't looked recently, but I've been loosely following Novavax and their vaccine progress. I've read that their vaccine can be easily mass produced assuming they can get all of the materials and supplies required in a timely manner. Earlier this year, people were speculating that the novavax vaccine could help bridge the vaccine gap. What are your thoughts on this?

We have a trip planned to India to see both set parents. Our children and their grandparents have been counting days. Now with all 4 of us, most recently our 10 year old, vaccinated, we are booked to india. Grandfathers on both sides have at some point in the last 2 years been hospitalized and we are grateful they pulled through. We now have put boosters too. Should we make out 2 week visit to india?

Is there a good source to find which countries' health authorities have approved the vaccine and amended regulations (or issued emergency authorizations, etc.) to make it easier for those sending and receiving vaccines? Vaccine inequity is very real, but I wonder how much regulations and such add to the complexity of the problem.
